Peças de fundição de uretano para bomba

Poliuretano (também chamado PU) é um material n exclusivo que ha é a elasticidade da borracha combinado com a resistência e durabilidade do metal. Ele permite que o engenheiro substitua borracha, plástico e metal com o máximo em resistência à abrasão e propriedades físicas. O poliuretano pode reduzir a manutenção da planta.
O impulsor da bomba de polpa de poliuretano (PUR e PU) é feito de poliuretano, que é um polímero composto por uma cadeia de unidades orgânicas unidas por elos de uretano. Este impulsor tem melhor desempenho do que o impulsor de borracha natural para o transporte de lamas.
Além disso, também temos forro da placa de cobertura de poliuretano, forro da placa da estrutura, bucha da garganta, inserção do forro da placa da estrutura, etc.

Características

A resistência à abrasão e ao rasgo dos uretanos é muito melhor do que as borrachas, embora tenha maior capacidade de carga. Com p ared de plásticos, uretanos têm resistência ao impacto superior, apesar de terem excelentes propriedades de desgaste e memória elástica. Além disso, PU é mais ad v ance na redução de peso, redução de ruído e a resistência ao desgaste do que as peças de metal.
No entanto, os uretanos são inadequados para temperaturas superiores a 70ºC e para ácidos e álcalis concentrados, cetonas, ésteres, hidrocarbonetos clorados e nitro.
