As peças da bomba de cerâmica são feitas de carboneto de silício ligado a nitreto de silício, destinadas a aplicações de trabalho resistentes ao desgaste e à erosão, como geração de energia de carvão, fundição de não ferrosos, mineração, etc.
Nossas peças de bomba de cerâmica são principalmente mangas de eixo, impulsores, forro de placa de cobertura, bucha de garganta, forro de placa de estrutura, etc.
Dados materiais e vantagens
As cerâmicas são feitas de Si3N4-SiC （ Carboneto de Silício Ligado com Nitreto de Silício ） é um tipo de material não metálico inorgânico.
Seu desempenho de resistência ao desgaste é 3,13 tempos de Cr15Mo3 com Mohs H Ardness 8,9, só depois de diamante e nitreto de boro cúbico. Em comparação com produtos semelhantes, nossa densidade de cerâmica é cerca de 5% mais alta do que outras e a resistência à flexão dupla é mais alta em temperatura normal.
A resistência à corrosão e à abrasão das peças da bomba de lama de cerâmica é maior do que as feitas de liga de alto cromo. A resistência à abrasão do material Si3N4-SiC é 3,13 vezes mais usável que o Cr15Mo3. No entanto, o peso do material Si3N4-SiC é de apenas 1/3 das peças de liga de alto cromo .
