Impulsor da bomba de polpa 8X6 E-AHE
Ligas fundidas resistentes ao desgaste são usadas para revestimentos e rotores de bombas de polpa onde as condições não são adequadas para borracha, como partículas grossas ou afiadas, ou em tarefas com altas velocidades periféricas do rotor ou altas temperaturas de operação.
Naipu Impeller é uma das partes mais importantes da bomba de chorume. Quando o impulsor está girando, a bomba de polpa pode atender aos requisitos do equipamento. No entanto, é um componente que se desgasta com muita facilidade. Portanto, para uma longa vida útil do impulsor, o material desempenha um papel importante aqui. A bomba Naipu oferece as duas soluções para este problema. Escolhemos o ferro branco, alto cromo (27%) para as pastas abrasivas fortes, também com as partículas afiadas. Para as lamas corrosivas com partículas rombas, recomendamos a borracha natural.
